We dispatch orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3-5 working days, with a delivery window of 3 to 12 days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends.

  • Orders are delivered by a local postman. Please provide a complete address to avoid returns.

  6. Confirm your order.

  • When will out-of-stock products be restocked? If a product is out of stock, we will attempt to replenish it. If it cannot be restocked, it will be removed from our website.

  • Will I receive the exact product shown in the pictures? Yes, except for handmade items, which may have slight variations.

  • Can I remove items from my cart? Yes, you can remove items from your cart as long as the order hasn't been finalized.
